** Enter your chat password
Leave Host and Port unchanged ( application will auto fill this on Save)
**Change Authentication to SASL-Plain ( IMPORTANT )
Leave Encryption as TLS
Leave MUC Server (Chat Room server) as is - the application will auto fill this to conference.im.nasa.gov

Below the Test Network button, Leave Network type to "Direct TCP" if using a consumer Blackberry service or switch to BES/MDS if using a enterprise device
