**Set User to your userid@jabber.org
** Enter your chat password
** Set host/port to hermes.jabber.org and 5222 respectively
Leave Authentication at Default setting (SASL-Plain)
Leave Encryption as TLS
Leave MUC Server (Chat Room server) as is - the application will auto fill this to conference.jabber.org

Below the Test Network button, Leave Network type to "Direct TCP" if using a consumer Blackberry service or switch to BES/MDS if using a enterprise device
