Settings for XMPP Service at webex.com (WebEx Connect)
Authorized Users Only

Userid: userid@webex.com
Host: isj1cmx.webexconnect.com (IMPORTANT)
Port 5222
Encryption TLS (This is default)
Authentication SASL-Plain (This is default)

Below the Test Network button, Leave Network type to "Direct TCP" if using a consumer Blackberry service OR switch to BES/MDS if using a Blackberry Enterprise Server.

These settings will not work for customers of webex.com.

p.s The manual entry of host is required because the BlackBerry does not offer a native DNS library that can automatically discover the host using SRV records.
